Areas of Practice
I represent plaintiffs in complex employment and special education matters, with a primary focus on disability rights and discrimination law.
My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves a fair and equitable environment in the workplace and in school. I understand that these cases are deeply personal matters affecting careers, families, and children's futures, and I am committed to a client-centered practice.
Employment Law
I handle cases under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and various federal and state anti-discrimination statutes. I combine litigation experience with a practical understanding of negotiation and settlement, always striving to secure a fair outcome for my clients.
Special Education
My special education practice is focused on enforcing the rights of children and families under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). I work persistently to ensure students receive a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) and the necessary services to succeed.
Disability Access and Rights
We represent individuals who have faced discrimination or denied service based on protected characteristics like disability, race, sex, or national origin. We ensure that your rights to public access and quality of life are enforced and guaranteed.
Employee Benefits/Unpaid Wages
Securing the financial support you are entitled to during times of illness or job loss or critical. I advocate for your rights involving unpaid wages, bonuses. I also fight for disability benefits (short-term, long-term, SSDI appeals) and ensure that you receive unemployment benefits if the employer tries to fight it. If your claim has been denied, I will guide you through the appeals process and defend your rights.
