• Securing a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE): Settled for $150,000. We represented a family whose child was not receiving the educational services mandated by the IDEA. Through diligent advocacy and litigation preparation, we successfully obtained a substantial settlement for the student finally delivering the specialized services the child needed to thrive.

• Challenging Disability Discrimination at Work: We brought a lawsuit against a major national retailer, after they failed to provide an employee with reasonable accommodations for their disability. This denial of basic rights prevented the employee from performing their job. The case was ultimately resolved through a substantial settlement for our client, holding the corporation accountable for its unlawful denial of accommodations.

• Enforcing Service Dog Access Rights: When a local restaurant unlawfully denied public access to a veteran and their service dog, we took immediate action to protect the client's rights under the ADA. The matter was resolved through a substantial settlement, ensuring that the veteran and other individuals with service animals can now access the establishment without discrimination.

• An employee lost his job due to a defamatory radio announcement, which the broadcaster retracted. We sought reinstatement of the employee, and substantial damages for distress. We succesfully settled.

• Breach of contract against a major national retailer for unpaid wages due to our client, a freelance business owner. The wages were quickly paid after they ignored our client for months.
